Certified SR/WA, Real Estate consultant, Broker, and former university faculty member, Bernard Johnson leverages a 28-year career in urban development, public works, and contract development/management. 

Mr. Johnson’s professional experience providing right of way and land acquisition services for various public utilities, transportation industries, and public agencies is extensive, having entered the field in 1999. As founder and CEO of The Bernard Johnson Group, Mr. Johnson is the firm’s lead strategist, pursuing contracts that enable Johnson to satisfy clients and better serve the surrounding community. 

Bernard is accomplished in the areas of feasibility analysis; project management; and consultant-vendor partnering and sourcing. Bernard’s achievements in building cooperative business relationships between the public and private sectors has resulted in the successful formation of strategic business partnerships and alliances. Bernard’s experience is deep and relevant as are his leadership capabilities. 

Mr. Johnsons’ project involvement includes senior project management, quality control, client meetings and presentations, and document development.
